Highlights:
  1. Established in 1979, the law school is the youngest law school in the first tier of the US News & World Report ranking of law schools. In April 2003, the law school ranked 40th out of 177 ABA accredited law schools in the country.
  2. The School of Law¿s emphasis on the legal application of economic methods, intellectual property, and technology law has made George Mason the youngest school to enter the First Tier in the U.S. News and World Report ranking of law schools.
